S.R. hear, hear and well said! You can see from the comments that as Forest Gump noted, stupid does as stupid is. With the thickest swearing the sun shines out of Trumps fundamental. Or that some sleazy Nazis invented covid to shut down business and such.

Interestingly, most of that latter failed to note that the economy grew by a substantial amount with the borders closed! And consequently unemployment as low as it has been for decades.

If there are lessons? They are, we need to be far more independent and make more here at home and get a divorce from foreign energy and foreign capital, keep our profits here to make every dollar do the work of seven in our economy. And need to decentralize ASAP!

Unfortunately for Oz the aforementioned stupidity personified, don't understand economics and are completely clueless on matters medical and they are the ones who decide elections! And think it's all about them and just don't give a rats for anyone but number one!

Please tell that to my sister who works on the front line swabbing literally thousands of citizens for Covid 5 days a week for the last year, a relatively high percentage who have the disease, but her and her other team members have yet to contract the disease.

Alan B, I live in Victoria where Andrews inflicted masks and lock downs as did WA. The covid was around then but now it is supposedly everywhere and people catch it two and three times? 300 daily cases to thousands daily yet life goes on without any discernable difference?
Now ask yourself previous viruses have never done this? Previous vaccines have stopped the spread but this one is different, how?
This is just a fear that you and your mates have swallowed hook line and sinker by filthy corrupt politicians!

No-one would know more about lungs and infections and in fact Covid...he has studied it for two years, and thank God to read that he presents a sane view point. Bravo James!
