Our tax system is a dog's breakfast. that needs to be junked including all the enormously complicated regs it requires to keep it, tax avoidance, tax fraud and criminal money laundering functioning!

To be replaced with a single unavoidable tax set above a very generous tax-free threshold levied against all PROFIT earned here in Oz.

This one single measure will add at least 64 annual billions to inland revenue al while shaving as much a 7 % from the tax compliance costs and returning it to the bottom line.

Anyone who claims that is not doable or can't be done is giving Master classes in, shoveled by the shipload B.S.

Flat Tax, period !

A bloke (Australian) told me yesterday he buys a lot of his fuel in the remote communities by filling up 44 gallon drums so he can write it off as work expense when he works there.
Can the decent folk see why we need Tax reform asap ?

Yes Indy! And if we used my suggested template as the preferred model we could increase revenue via no less than an estimated 60 annual billion!

Our governments of all shades are and have been, I believe, complicit in the dogs breakfast of a tax act!

If plans I am currently hatching come to fruit, there will soon be a nuclear power party competing for power. And all candidates obliged to undergo and pass a lie detector test to gain entry and again as the make policy announcements/election promises, one of which will be a Federal ICAC with the biggest teeth in Australia.

Sadly, in Australia today, the above is what we need to ensure we get candidates with incorruptible integrity!?

Somehow we need to get a change in mentality, probably best to start in Kindy. The real wealthy families became wealthy not overnight but by planning ahead for their descendants.
A lot of today's Bogans confuse that with their stupid quick Buck mentality.
Just look at apprentices now, they demand as much as a fully qualified person AND they're backed by the insidious unions.
Somehow, we have to instil a mentality that realises that in order to reap a reward one must first put in an effort AND tell the insidious unions to stay out of it ! They have been a valuable section of our society but they had their day. They used to do a good job for which they got rewarded quite handsomely but they're no longer doing that & they demand that they be kept for just being there.
I'm afraid unless we reintroduce a National Service scheme, our society will just spiral out of control to such a bad level that the whole Nation will be there for the picking by outsiders !

Many who call themselves Australian are mugging themselves & blame the Govt for it !
