The most concerning trend is block voting whereby whole clans vote for the same candidate and on closer examination of the ballot papers, the differences are almost non existent. This practice most common in the Highlands is rapidly spreading to coastal areas, where large urban drift populations can be found. One person one vote the foundation stone of Democracy, is being tested.

We shouldn't even entertain the thought of Democracy in a one tok system hell, it doesn't even work here !
