As it stands, the US only reduced greenhouse gas emissions by 2 per cent from 1990 to 2019.

Ateday and Individual have got it - the eight billion lemmings are the problem.

UN Net Zero Emissions is a woke wellness program for the "left", whereby they can be useful idiots for the total war on the environment by the corporate right.

It is extremely unlikely, Chris Lewis, because even though around 50% of the US electorate have only double digit IQ's, even those ratbags are starting to realise what idiots they were for voting for the Biden/ Harris clown show and their green policies.

Either Trump will be back with a vengeance, and the dem/green idiots running the USA will be wiped out, or another very capable republican candidate like Mike Pompeo or Senator Ted Cruz will be the next President of the USA.

Whoever it is, you can bet that they have had a gutful of this Chickenlttle Gaian religion called Human Induced Climate Change.

The earth warms and cools, warms and cools, in roughly 1000 year cycles, Chris Lewis, and it has been doing that for tens of millions of years. Our present warming period is "The Modern Warming Period". That was preceded by the Medieval Warming Period, the Roman Warming Period, The Egyptian Warming period, the Minoan warming Period, and the Sumerian Warming Period. Like I said, roughly every 1000 years. Our present warming period is right on schedule.

And you know what? Every single Climate "scientist" knows that the whole thing is a con to make their particular branch of science more important, and to get the rivers of gold from the taxpayer to fund their little works excursions to Greenland, the North Pole, and Antarctica.

They relied upon the ignorance of people like yourself to pull the con job off. Just say that the sky is falling down and every virtue signaler and world saver would come out of the woodwork to grandstand and posture. If you think that scientists would never lie to you and just look after number 1, without regard to what economic catastrophe they are unleashing on the world, I can only easily dismiss idea with two words.

Dr Fauci.

Just as well then that the planet is cooling as confirmed by the satellite data. There has been no net warming since 1987. Also the sun is entering a Grand Solar Minimum - and it will get much colder in the coming years.

Those advocating population control/reduction need to red the 1972 Kissinger Report - available on the web - which explains the push by the UN and USA for fewer people - not because the globe can't support them, but because the UISA was worried that they would not be able to access enough resources for their own use. Such concerns have long vanished - but the overpopulation myth continues.

It is true that there are still many on the planet without access to electricity, clean water, sewerage, waste management etc. but this is where we need to be spending our money on, rather than the vain push to control the weather.
