Is that a typo ? Shouldn't that be academic instead endemic ? After all, there's no nation immune to that is there !

I don't care how a 96 year old Asian bloke who was a dictatorial old menace when had the chance will be judged.

How indeed? And for mine, they will judge him a would be if he could be,
control freak/elected, iron-willed, recalcitrant, malevolent, mendacious dictaor? And as such, someone who would have made some of the invading Japanese Generals, look positively benign?
