Indeed! And where the problem lies! And not in cooperatives per se, that share the wealth in the community which owns them! And where, therefore, every one dollar does at least the work of seven!

For mine, I'd introduce annual integrity testing in the management. Where most of the corruption seemingly starts/has a home? And that integrity testing simply has to include, unbeatable, space-age, covertly deployed, lie detection!

Alan B...now there's a totally new concept "Integrity in management" - please let me know how that one goes.
