So called Anti Semitism has always been basically caused by dirty sorts of things some Jews at times do to others. Unfortunately, very often decent Jews who have done nothing wrong are largely those who suffer. Seems to me that just condemning Anti Semitism in general is trying to deal with a general symptom rather than addressing underlying problems causing it. To reduce anti semitism overall, appropriate "properly targeted" anti semitism should help. Including other Jews effectively "kicking " Jews who do things that may be widely regarded as objectionable to discourage further misbehaviour. Not just blindly defend them.

An underlying cause of the problem seems that the attitude of looking after their own is sometimes taken much too far when it is to the detriment of others. Even to the extreme of "backstabbing" goyim - or non Jews who had helped them and thought they were friends. An all time classic here is when during the "Six Day War" in 1967, leaders of the government in Israel, which largely owes it existence to strong support from the USA unsuccessfully attempted a "false flag" operation to sink the unarmed surveillance ship the USS Liberty, kill all on board, blame the Egyptians and have the US enter the war against them. This atrocity was long largely covered up with help of Zionist sympathisers in the US but now all the details can be easily studied after declassification of some documents and with Google search for USS Liberty. Am particularly aware of this sort of behaviour knowing details of a small scale equivalent involving people I knew.
