Following the court's decision, Brown indicated that his Foundation's activists will continue protesting in the forests while its lawyers will appeal the decision in the High Court.

Thanks Mark for you 'shining a light' on environmental fake news, we see so often coming from groups such as the BBF, The Wilderness Society and Environment Victoria, just to name a few.

Re the Federal Court - the recent BBF action was dismissed, but the Court's decision on the (Victorian) Leadbeaters Possum issue went the way of the environmental group attacking the timber industry. Is there a reason for the difference in outcomes?
