Dominion voting system under scrutiny in Arizona and Michigan : Comments

Here is a trick; In Nevada the motor vehicle registry automatically
adds to the voter rolls anyone who has a registered motor vehicle whether they are a citizen or not.
Some 4000 people like that voted.
Talk about a rubbish voting system, it is no wonder it gets corrupted.

Dear David

The Supreme Court decision was not odd under the letter and spirit of US Constitutional Law.

The US Supreme Court quickly assessed that TEXAS had no case over Other States Electoral Systems.

Significantly, even the White House website admits http://www.whitehouse.gov/about-the-white-house/elections-voting/

"Federal elections are administered by state and local governments, although the specifics of how elections are conducted differ between the states.

The Constitution and laws of the United States grant the states wide latitude in how they administer elections."

Bzz,

So ...... you're suggesting that only 4,000 people in Nevada could have voted ?

And wouldn't would-be voters also have to produce complementary documentation in order to be ticked off ? Or are Nevadan election officials all half-wits ?

David,

Can any state or territory government here lean over the shoulder of any other state or territory government and tell it what to do ?

No.

Can any State or territory government demand from the Australian High Court that it tell it to do so ?

No.

Similar, so it seems, in the US. One state can't dictate that the Supreme Court there leans over the shoulder of any other state and do things in the way that the first one wants.

Even Justice Coney Barrett has told the Texas marshals to bugger off.

There's your answer. Now YOU can bugger off.

Joe
