Dominion voting system under scrutiny in Arizona and Michigan : Comments

By David Singer, published 9/12/2020

Some modicum of common sense has finally seen Arizona and Michigan moving to conduct an audit of their Dominion voting systems used to count and tabulate the results in the last elections.

From Gateway Pundit today;

"The state of Texas sued Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin on Monday night with the US Supreme Court challenging their unlawful election procedures.

Texas argued these four states violated the US Constitution because they made changes to voting rules and procedures through the courts or through executive actions. But these states did not make the changes through the state legislatures as spelled out in the US Constitution."

Other states are joining the Supreme court suit.
Texas reviewed and rejected the Dominion voting system before.
I'd been wondering if the less corrupted states would step into the argument.

Jamo,
From http://www.newsweek.com/georgia-gop-senators-back-texas-ags-lawsuit-overturn-their-own-states-election-1553321 :

Katie Byrd, a spokesperson for Georgia's Republican attorney general, Chris Carr, criticized the Texas lawsuit in Tuesday remarks. "With all due respect, the Texas attorney general is constitutionally, legally and factually wrong about Georgia," she told Newsweek in an emailed statement.

Georgia, a historically red state, is led by an executive branch composed entirely of Republicans—several of whom were previously endorsed by Trump. The state's secretary of state, Brad Raffensperger, a Republican who voted for and donated to Trump, has slammed the misinformation and baseless claims promoted by the president and his supporters—pointing out that the state held a free and fair election. Trump has described Raffensperger as an "enemy of the people" for refusing to overturn his state's results.

"Whether it's the president of the United States or a failed gubernatorial candidate...disinformation about election administration should be condemned and rejected," Raffensperger said Monday as the state certified its results.

The Supreme Court on Tuesday rejected a separate lawsuit brought by Representative Mike Kelly, a Pennsylvania Republican, to overturn the election results in his state. None of the Supreme Court's justices dissented.

Yes Adian, Joe.

Jamo needs to try talking from a little higher up as does the diabolically disingenuous Author, in my view. Thankfully December 14 is just days away when all this garbage and bogus challenges have to stop. And by which time the Trump war chest will be bulging with multiple purloined millions?

Then will come a period where the spoiled brat will throw the most terrible tantrum as he heads south of the border as a wrong way Hosa, illegal immigrant, then seeks a nation-state with no US extradition treaty that welcomes him, his family and ill-gotten gains?

Closely RELATED to the article matter:

The US Supreme Court is not automatically ruling in favour of Trump's legal challenges - a shock to Trump.

Which brings us to:

US "SUPREME COURT IGNORES TRUMP'S PLEAS, REJECTS PENNSYLVANIA VOTE APPEAL"

"Washington: The US Supreme Court has handed a defeat to Republicans who attempted to throw out up to 2.5 million mail-in ballots in Pennsylvania and undo President Donald Trump's election loss.

The court in a brief order on Tuesday night (Wednesday morning AEDT) rejected a request by congressman Mike Kelly, a Trump ally, and other Pennsylvania Republicans who filed a lawsuit after the November 3 election arguing that the state's 2019 expansion of mail-in voting was illegal under state law.

There were no noted dissents from any of the justices on the court, which has a 6-3 conservative majority including three Trump appointees.

...Trump has falsely claimed that he won re-election, making unfounded claims about widespread voting fraud in states including Pennsylvania..."
