What a lot of drivel.

«The "paperwork of the gentiles" recognized the historical connection of the Jewish people with Palestine and to the grounds for reconstituting their national home in that country.
As many conceptual errors as the spelling-errors in 'Raikognayzde'.
A group of clowns declaring a connection between some undefined group with a derogatory Roman label, then applying a crazy modern concept which was then only invented 100-200 years earlier, to the reality of life over 2000 years earlier.
«This was their affirmation of the "biblical Jewish National Home"»
Have you even read the bible?
Nationalism was yet to be invented some 2000-3000 years later, while the word "Jewish" was used either as a personal-name or for the tribe of Judah or its language.
«Just answer "Yes" or "No" to this question - Was there any group of people called "Israelis" before 1948?»
There were Israelis, a developing group with unique characteristics, just like an unborn fetus who might still have no name, even while his/her parents are already thinking of possible name(s).
«Seems you cannot give up denigrating and delegitimizing the Jewish people»
There are several definitions/concepts/classifications as to what "the Jewish people" mean. Subject to each classification, I give the appropriate group that falls under that classification its deserved credits: no more, no less.
«the people of the Book»
An interesting classification... I presume it includes all literate people who read (and write?) books. Does it mean that the land of Israel belongs only to literate people who read at least, say 12 books a year, and all others must leave? That being the case, many Chinese must be included!
«recognized by the League of Nations and United Nations»
Recognised by whom? By wolves as being tasty?
«the biblical land of their ancestors»
Most so-called "Palestinians" answer this definition, living in a biblical land where their ancestors lived too.
Egypt is also a biblical land, so the Copts must also be included.
Actually, looking at the list in Genesis 10, most of the planet, if not all, is biblical, and we all have Noah as ancestor!
