In Australia, foreign aid, which can help to reduce conflict in the world, is only around 1% of the Australian government's budget. It amounted to less than 4 billion dollars.

peace without the Prince of Peace is impossible. Just look at how corrupt mankind is. The BLM mob demonstrate that very clearly. Is '"privileged violence" the newest woke term? Do academics and others on the public purse sit around dreaming up these new terms? If you don't laugh you will cry.

Well perhaps. But how would they defeat Britain? Sure Britain was unprepared but then so was Germany.
The German General Staff had already told Hitler that it would take at least 8 weeks to defeat Czechoslovakia and use all of Germany's resources. And that was assuming the Czechs remained isolated. But their worry was that other nations (Poland, Russia, France) would support them and the Germans didn't have the wherewithal to defend that.

Indeed the German High Command had told Hitler they could not go to war over the Sudetenland and had privately discussed overthrowing the government if Hitler tried.

Munich was the best chance the world had to avoid war. Chamberlain fluffed it because he was prepared to pay any price to get peace. As Churchill said "You were given the choice between war and dishonour. You chose dishonour and you will have war."

Nice try, but peace on earth will not be possible for another 426,879 years - just get used to it.

Anyone can salvage themselves personally and live at peace. Some can even help their family and friends to live at peace, but nobody can turn the big wave of strife that this world as a whole is currently experiencing - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kali_Yuga
