Last month over 300 academics, lawyers and concerned citizens issued an Open Letter supporting immediate actions to protect prisoner's safety.

I don't know how the Indigenous Australians are treated where you are but where I am it's more a case of could I be treated like an indigenous please ?

There are quite a number of self-made underclass yet many regard them as victims for whom they hold many of us as responsible.
Bureaucracy is a definite cause however, many did it without it's help !
