Thank God these folks are our friends and not our enemies, given with friends like these? We have no need for enemies!

Bring on quantum computing and hack-proof systems! And accompany that with the wide-scale rollout of covertly deployed, unbeatable, space-age lie detection equipment, which will test and check any intent to deceive and from a distance!

And far better protection against terrorism and blatantly dishonest folk all over the joint, including some clearly corrupt/, bought, sold and paid for politicians!

Too bad plebs. The horse has bolted.

As the Internet is communication without borders "restricting export licences" will have no effect.

In so many countries including Israel there is a Revolving Door that allows the Brightest then Richest IT men (few women)

- to one minute work (as highly paid contractors for Government(s) or massive IT multinationals) in order to inject the surveillance "malware"

- then the next minute work (as Extremely highly paid contractors for Government(s) or anti-malware multinationals) to remove the malware they, and their international colleagues, injected in the first place

and the Revolving Door of high paid employment, Power (and never possible to resolve the problem permanently) revolves again...
