By Binoy Kampmark, published 2/9/2019

For those long linked to Britain's gradual and seemingly natural integration into European affairs, the move by Johnson was near criminal.

Our species-defining social cooperative mutualism is dead. An important part of the de-democratisation processes now underway in the west.

The only two things "unhinged" about Brexit is the fact that it hasn't passed into being following a democratic vote, and the numpties who pronounce Brexit as 'Begzit'.

Letta rip Boris! A no deal Brexit may mean boosted UK-Australia trade (especially more Aussie agricultural products to the UK).

I think Britain became disenchanted with being a colony of Brussels.
When the EU was looking for an organisational model for the European
Commission it finally decided on the British Colonial Office.
The commission has operated like that ever since, ask the Greeks.
The Brits want their country back to echo a cry.
I was visiting the UK and read a local paper in Cheshire about a local
plan to build a bypass road around an old town with narrow roads.
The plan was ruled out by Brussels.
My comment to my host was "Is Britain a colony of Europe ?"
His response as a pro Europer was a grin !
This was about 8 years ago and it seems to have got worse.

Careful there Binoy, your full card carrying membership of the swamp is becoming more obvious with every article you write.

Are Hasbeen

Count Binoy von Kampmark RULES OK?

Except when he suffers from Me Yodelling for Julian Assange Wikileaks Syndrome - known as MYJAWS, of course.

And Hasbeen, you do know Count Binoy's Prussian National Anthem, from 13 seconds in, is set to a suitably militarized version of God Save The Queen at http://youtu.be/pt-chtR1IxA

Think on it well mon ami.

These remoaners are sounding unhinged like Trump's opponents. They are claiming that an unelected PM is acting undemocratically.

1 No PMs are elected, they are appointed by their party as was May and Johnson.
2 An elected government acting within the constitution is acting democratically.

The EU has acted as bloody minded as possible to make leaving the EU as terrible as possible. With the remoaners trying to take the no deal off the table they are removing any leverage that BJ has. It is like saying to someone buying your car, the car is sold now let's negotiate the price.

The EU wanted to make it so difficult to discourage other members
where there was mumbling about their own exit.
There is already a Nexit Party in the Netherlands.
The EU proposal would tie the UK to EU and they would not be able to
break away from that agreement without EU agreement.
