A challenge is just that and nothing more! And doesn't have to result in anything least of all a positive outcome for Mr Trump or Mr Singer! The "we" referred to, in the essay?

A better result would be the outcome If "we" just butted completely out and every which way!

Pretty sure the Palestinians rejected Trumps plan several months back the day it was leaked.
