It's the people, stupid. And the religion.
You mentioned the British, but if you ever read a history book you would probably find that the British were the only people who ever gave these barbarians any peace, stability or prosperity. But just like Tiberius and the Germans, the British thought that the Yemenis were not worth civilizing. "What have the British ever done for us!?"
One wonders why you are even worried about two factions of our Muslim enemies killing themselves off? If you can get me the addresses of the two factions I would like to send each of them a crate of 7.62x39 ammo.
The question you should be asking yourself is, are you really going to create a world government with these clowns as equal members? They can't even run their own country without routinely butchering each other every few years because they can never agree on who should be the top dog. And that has been going on since Christ was a boy. Yet we in the west and the UN have to pretend that this nation of sheep stealers and pirates are our equals.
Want to stop the Muslims from fighting each other? Shoot every mullah and imam, burn down every mosque, and convert the people to either Christianity or Buddhism. Might work. But a hundred generations of marrying your cousins would not do your genome much good. And having the most violent psychopathic men becoming the tribal leaders and having four wives and sundry female sex slaves, would probably not improve your bloodline either
