By Binoy Kampmark, published 23/11/2018Murdering journalists might be 'bad', but worse is to hold a cashed-up medieval theocracy to account for it.

Binoy obviously forgot to write about Obama literally bowing before the Saudis. Oh reporting on that fact would get him no applause from the swamp. Trump has certainly uncovered the unhinged left who daily slaughter unborn babies and then virtue signal just about everything else.

Nobody notices Britain which will be Great again , one day, maybe and Theresa May’s government has repeatedly rejected calls to end sales, stressing the importance of upholding good relations with the UK's key ally in the Middle East.
Foreign Secretary Jeremy Hunt has said there will be “consequences to the relationship with Saudi Arabia” after the killing of Khashoggi, but he has also said the UK has an important strategic relationship with Riyadh that it needs to protect, The Guardian reports. Brexit is knocking the jolly old budget for a six, what? Posted by nicknamenick, Friday, 23 November 2018 4:50:36 PM

Binoy Kampfmark has written another puff piece that pleases his establishment left wing friends who have in the past promoted him to a high paying job.
Now, the funny thing about Binoy's puff piece is how once again, the default position of socialite socialists like Binoy, is to claim the high moral ground. The childish image Binoy portrays is black and white. Trump is morally bankrupt to look the other way, when a cashed up Muslim totalitarian regime murders a journalist. It was the Russians who invented the word "Realpolitic". It meant that they had to put aside some of their most cherished ideals in order to deal with the world as it is. Trump is doing Realpolitic. Morality is a course of action decided beforehand covering what should be the right course of action to be taken in a specific situation. It usually entails the question of where should an entity forsake personnel self interest in order to give precedence to a communal entity. This is a question that most people make, sometimes every day. It has been said that people can get extremely sanctimonious over moral questions that do not affect them personally. Stupid people claim that morality is always black and white. There can never be any shades of grey. And stupid people claim that a moral person must contribute to the greater good of the wider community, every time. This was one of the crumbling foundations of Socialism, and one reason why it never worked. Nobody can put other people first, every time. The Saudi regime I consider completely odious and a threat to the West. Unfortunately, there are other middle eastern regimes and organizations who just happen to be a lot worse than the Saudis. The US has decided that it is better to support the Muslim devils they know, than the Muslim devils who really do see nothing wrong with obtaining nuclear weapons and bringing on Armageddon. But portraying yourself as a pillar of virtue while criticizing US Realpolitic can be much more important to virtue signalers like Binoy. To hell with the consequences. But what about Obama and Hillarys destruction and abandonment of Libya? How many have drowned in the Med trying to escape that State Sponsored State murder?
