One issue is that toilet paper is subject to GST despite being a hygiene product.

Alan B struggling to legitimise his sexuality in view of the evidence to the contrary.
I think the subject is "tax on a vampires tea-bag" young Al!

Yes, Diver and why don't you remember that instead of as usual getting very personal, going the verbal, getting in with the cheap shots and straight out quite blatant homophobia!

I was on topic until one of your homophobic mates asked a question pertaining to hygiene regarding gays. And gave a reasonable considered response and still on topic. Which to quote you, was never ever about vampires tea bags.

Better the world suspects you are a complete fool than open your mouth to remove all doubt.

Thanks for that Al,

One thing before you go though Al, would you bend down and pick up the soap before you step out of the shower? Make sure your friends ain't watch'n aye!

More to the subject, I couldn't imagine removing a tampon tax, (didn't know there was a tax on tampons), would create a rush to buy 10% cheaper tampons.
Unless of course the cynical notion behind the idea is a ploy to help the Chinese who plunder our baby formula before our girls can get it, with a bonus gift of tampons with the formula to help their sales back home!

Nothing surprises me anymore, since gay marriage.

It's not just the tampon tax that should be abolished, it's the GST on everything which was adopted when the Australian Democrat pollies sold out their own party by passing it in the Senate.
