Alan B, your ignorant opinion is not a fact. Facebook is a valuable, and affordable, marketing tool for small businesses. It also allows people to find long lost friends and keep in touch with them and others.

Facebook is a source of new information before it is edited and heard on ABC news.
Sometimes we don't even get to hear via Western news.
For example consider new and updated information about Syria, Google; sputnik news.

Of course even sputnik news can be edited to suit whatever politics just as Our ABC news often is.

At least Facebook allows some choice instead of listeners just being dumbed down.
