Suing clergy, and others, for negligent advice : Comments

After a decade of litigation, a majority of the Californian Supreme Court decided the clergy owed no duty of care to Nally; the minority wrote a scathing dissent.

Would you also sue doctors and psychologists for advising people to kill themselves slowly by pursuing social and material goals, neglecting God and eventually dying meaninglessly of old age?

Woe unto a society that only values the vehicle, the human body, and its biological survival, while despising the spirit that travels therein; which only cares that the lungs continue to pump air as long as possible, rather than whether this air is used for spiritual advancement.

Don't they realise that no one can in fact commit suicide?
All one can possibly do is to discard their body, one cannot die anyway even if they want to!
