#MeToo should not be undermined from within : Comments
By Dilan Thampapillai, published 18/1/2018I don't know why, but the recent take-down of Aziz Ansari in the press and on social media feels like a turning point. It seems like this is the moment that #MeToo slipped its moorings.

Knock knock Alan B !
Yeah #Me Too# I was subjected to domestic violence of the type women receive, physical, financial & emotional. In gaining what they now term "Sole Care & Control" of my 2 sons there were many occasions at court and outside courtrooms, not to mention the access changeovers at the local Police Station whereby I was subjected to more abuse because the boys mother had the Feminazi's at her disposal. On one supervised access visit I was alleged to have assaulted my former wife. At approximately 11.00 pm that evening (7 hours after the actual access visit) the door of the house was kicked in by Police acting on a Domestic Violence/ Assault allegation. At the end of the day it went as far as the District Court, as the 2 supposed "witnesses" did not attend the court after my solicitor had written to them individually to explain that making statements with false information was what constituted 'perjury' and could attract a 7 year gaol time. Further, after the 18 months of to-ing & fro-ing from the Family Court/District Court/Police Station I got to ask the judge on the last hearing day: " "How does a person get convicted of crime he did not commit, when witness who signed statements to police lied, the complainant lied and the people who were giving her information lied at the outset of this matter coming before you Your Honour ?" His reply was : " The court has obligations, and those obligations are often the result of the pendulum swing whereby women's written and spoken testimony, whether true or not are taken as the truth, quite in contrast to what has happened in fact here today." So Alan, I resent what you espouse here. For if one person can be had up and convicted of something they didn't commit, then how many other persons similarly disposed could also be found guilty of something they didn't commit? I'm thoroughly sickened by what I see from Oprah & the Hollywood farce. Posted by Albie Manton in Darwin, Thursday, 18 January 2018 6:10:34 PM

All perpetrators are always innocent, and it was always her fault. And are clever enough to if possible, to intimidate witnesses from giving evidence or making sworn statement, like a former brother in law.
This mongrel left my Sister for dead all her teeth kicked in! He eventually remarried continued to binge drink and was found dead aged 47 of an apparent Cardiac arrest. I know how to arrange one not that I ever would. Albeit, not above using it on a feral animal or vermin. Do I believe, you're the innocent party, Albie? Yes sure, oh sure, absolutely, yes sure, yeah sure, you betcha. You wouldn't lie to me would you Albie? Surely it was, as you say, all her fault? You are an innocent man just as were all the crims depicted, in, Shawshank redemption. Alan B. Posted by Alan B., Thursday, 18 January 2018 8:47:32 PM

Australia's ABC News http://www.abc.net.au/news/2018-01-19/brigitte-bardot-says-actresses-complaining-for-attention/9342246 January 19, 2018:
"French activist and former actress Brigitte Bardot says many actresses sexually provoke film producers to win roles and then complain about harassment to get attention." Posted by plantagenet, Friday, 19 January 2018 11:19:59 AM

The Aziz Ansari issue is a seismic shift that women have been waiting for, for centuries. The issue defines the psychological power struggle that women have been consistently losing.
The patriarchy defines sexuality as a thing that men proactively assert by nature of evolution, while women's sexuality is a passive thing that men must ignite, by whatever means necessary. This is what feminists mean by 'rape culture'. Women are conditioned to view their sexuality as being constantly under siege. Don't be a sexual being, with sexual needs in your own right. Don't ever assume that you are an equal partner in any sexual encounter - whether it's with a man you picked up in a bar or a man you've been married to for years. A woman's sexuality is a passive thing to be seduced, coerced and bullied. So Aziz Ansari has been targeted for outing, especially as he's built a reputation as a defender of women's rights. He's an 'innocent' victim of feminist rage. Wrong man; wrong time. But you've gotta start somewhere. And even though 'Grace's' identity has remained anonymous (but in a social media age, not for long), 'revenge' is an insufficient excuse for putting her life and integrity up for vengeful grabs by an unforgiving male-centric system. Too late.
Feminist dogma, a la Female Eunuch, is out of date. Wimmins' sexuality can always be triggered by self-administration and the efforts of LGBTIQs etc. AND get legally Married under civil law now, to boot. Posted by plantagenet, Tuesday, 23 January 2018 3:15:52 PM

Certainly they would seem to possess less empathy than your average Nazi/white supremacist? And nobody put the hate laced words in these "mens" mouths?
If it spruiks like a monster, walks like a monster, or rattles the cage like a monster? Then there are good odds it is a women hating R sole/monster!
I wonder how brave any of these paper warriors would be foaming their vitriol in Oprah's face? Bet none would be brave enough, nor put their real moniker to their toilet wall scribble?
