Binoy certainly demonstrates his abysmal ignorance in this article.
For example, he criticizes Forrest on the basis that up to 2011 FMG had not paid company tax.
He seems unaware that tax is paid on profits, so until FMG made a profit, it would not pay company tax. It paid royalties, which are payable regardless of whether the company made a profit or not.
Of course, this is far from the first time Binoy has displayed his willingness to make a fool of himself on this forum.

May be your suggestion could be right ttbn, but i believe there are other ways to monitor and also put the house in order i don't think stopping donation is right.
