The reason the west intervenes in the Middle East has almost always
been for humanitarian reasons.
Such as to protect the Yazaries and other groups from other moslems.
As far as oil is concerned you really do show your lack of understanding.
They have begged western companies to develop their resources.
There never was a reason for oil wars.
They have begged the west to buy it !
You simply have no understanding of the history of Islam's invasions
of Europe, India, Nth Africa and Europe.
Are you even aware of the battles with Islamic invaders of Austria
and the battle at Tours in France to say nothing of Spain.
