Hillary Clinton should be put on trial for war crimes, breaching national security, corruption, involvement in assassinations of people opposing Clinton interests and more. Hopefully the electoral system will not be corrupted enough for her to become President. The USA has become a corporate empire supported by the military and CIA to benefit wealthy and powerful interests rather than the American people while claiming it is "spreading democracy". The power brokers, who largely control the Western mainstream media are doing all they can to discredit Trump who should reduce the costly warmongering they effectively support.

Thanks to alternate news sites and the social media on the Internet, the scams are increasingly being exposed. Especially that the supposed civil war in Syria has been other countries, particularly USA covertly creating and sponsoring nominally Muslim terrorist groups to try and overthrow the most democratic and secular government in the Middle East and install their own puppets and stooges. The main US interest is aiming to build a gas pipeline across Syria to take Qatari gas to Europe and displace Russia from this market. Israel would like to have Syria broken up into small Muslim states fighting each other rather than challenging itself with the future possibility of it picking them off later to create an enlarged "Greater Israel". However, fortunately the Syrians are now destroying these dreams with help from Russia, Iran and Hezbellah getting rid of terrorists.

Hopefully Clinton will not become President, but if she does, hopefully by then there will be few terrorists left in Syria to support and the war hawks will back off from directly supporting them. They will have to directly challenge the "dug in" Russian military to do so

Singer's article leans heavily on Hillary Clinton's strategies to remedy the problem of ISIS in Syria. But I wonder what America was thinking when Rand Paul asked her about gun-running out of Benghazi via Turkey to Syria, which ultimately armed ISIS.

Note that H.Clinton had to ultimately take the blame for the Benghazi attacks, which many have testified included the culpable stand-down of forces that could have saved the four who died at the embassy -- including the US Ambassador, John Christopher Stevens. Clinton also lied several times that the attacks were a result of Muslims upset over an anti-Muslim video, which was conclusively proven to be an outright lie.

How could America elect such a reprehensible character?

It seems the US Democrat (including Hillary) line is endless US fighting in a country (with no mechanism to win). This achieves endless US control of that country. It is essential that the occupied country has strategic value and even more valuable, oil.

The US Democrat line is that Russia should have no role in the Middle East at all - no matter what progress Russia involvement is causing. This follows the broader US policy - that the US does not tolerate any non-Western powers in America's backyard, which is the Middle East.

Recently the Rothschild Banking Dynasty held a $100,000.oo per plate fund raiser for Hillary. They own her like they do most Western Govts with the exception of Russia, China, Syria, ,Iran,Iceland and few others.
