The pejorative Australian and New Zealand term bogan is almost entirely unknown outside those countries though that may be about to change.

Can someone define me what exactly Bogans are? Cause it's the first time i hear this.

The British call bogans chavs. The antithesis of chavs is spivs. Fortunately the chavs outvoted the spivs in the Brexit plebiscite.

Bogans and chavs are not the same at all. Although at least half the characters in Housos are bogan chavs, most real life bogans are not chavs.

Bogans are people regarded as uncultured Australians (although as I said before, they do have their own culture). They're Australian born and generally live in the outer suburbs and country areas. Historically they generally didn't have much money, but the mining boom changed all that.
