Even after Brexit, the European project can still succeed.

Firstly , there is nothing wrong with stopping migration, if the country is overpopulated, the UK is a bunch of tiny islands with one of the worlds most densely populated societies.

Secondly, this is great news for England, Australia, NZ and Canada, before 1970 England brought 40% of its dairy, meat, fruit from Aust and NZ, it is now about 2%. The Brits are forced to buy poor quality euro polluted food. With the exit now, England can buy excellent quality food at a cheaper price. Australia wins as we increase our exports with out having to pay a Euro tariff.

The only people complaining about the Brit exit are the mainland Europeans who have been sucking dry the wealth of England, France and Germany.

England will still trade with Europe, but on their terms, not the over bloated Euro parliament

Hang on, if put to vote, most Europeans would highly likely vote to leave the EU, as they are sick of the dictates of Brussels.

Europe would function much better as a bunch of individual states, with free trade agreements in place, but who secure their own borders.

There was nothing 'lost'in the first place. Brexit was the best thing to happen to the UK, voted for by people who want to keep their identity and escape the dictatorship of unelected foreigners. The idiots now demonstrating against it probably didn't bother to vote. It's only a matter of time now before the whole stupid, undemocratic edifice of the EU crumbles to dust.

The only people who will suffer are the elitists. They are the ones who profit from the EU, certainly not the general population of the UK or other EU countries.

Pablo tells us he is a lecturer in the Institute for Ethics & Society,
University of Notre Dame, Australia. What ever such an institute is, it most certainly is nothing useful for the general Ozzie population, rather like the EU to the Poms.

We need to get rid of all these money sucking institutes where the useless sit on their backsides contemplating their navels at our expense. They do nothing more useful than stroke each others egos, & try to mislead young would be elitists.

As useful as a hole in the head comes to mind. Time universities got back to the 3 Rs, & out of the bulldust.

Any agreements between the UK and Europe which are mutually beneficial can and will be kept -- why wouldn't they? But now as a sovereign state the UK has the right to withdraw from any deals which its citizens regard as not to its benefit.
