Could the Greens be the sensible choice? : Comments

By Syd Hickman, published 6/4/2016

Given that the ALP spivs are safely aboard the gravy train they will not be exerting themselves to derail it. Peter Walsh, the best Finance Minister we ever had, would be horrified.

"Sensible economic policies" and 'the Greens" is a contradiction in terms, Syd Hickman.

As history has shown, the very best way for any country to realise the stupidity of leftist economics, is for the lefties to win an election and get hold of the reins of power. it is alright always opposing everything that makes a buck when you are in opposition and know that you can never be elected. It is another thing when you actually become the government, and figure out that it is now your people's prosperity and happiness are now your responsibility.

In Cuba, the most popular street graffiti slogan is, "Better exploited under Batista than starving under Castro."

Terms like "Sensible Greens economic policies" are not only contradictions in terms, but the punchlines in bad jokes.

Similar terms include "wooden welding rods" and "Rocking horse dung"

The Greens depend on gaining seats in parliament by
The huge ethnic vote, especially in Melbourne
therefore you never hear the Greens come out as being against stopping the boats,
Don't want to offend all that big ethnic voting base, who vote for the greens because
The greens always come out in support of open borders.

Also the Greens will have to support the funding of private schools,
because they cannot offend their big Muslim voter base, who like to send their kids
To private Muslim schools.

When it was realised that communism was a failed system, the communist
hippy generation just changed the name of the communist horse to the Greens horse.
Same horse different name.
Think of the hippy mantra, the world should all hold hands and share the environment
wisely.

That translates to the communist idea, of down with capitalism, we will force everyone
down to an equal level by sharing under a communist ,I mean green world government.
And the world and environment will be saved.
The communist revolutionaries promised the peasants the same thing.

The communist party continued to live like rich capitalists while the peasants suffered.
A Green world government would do the same thing.
Notice the Greens like to shut down everyone else's jobs, and preach about the environment, while they still sit over there with all their luxuries and stuff.
The greens never pay for their noble sounding ideas, someone else always has to.
