Crowdfunding an investigation into the war in Syria : Comments

By Kellie Tranter, published 26/11/2015

Yet Prime Minister Turnbull's unfiltered comment did not pique the curiosity of the media and the opportunity was lost to ask the Prime Minister exactly what he meant.

IS can ethically cleanse, engage in mass executions, do pubic beheadings, crucifixions, and throat slittings. Abduct thousands of young women and turn them into sex slaves. Inspire terrorist attacks in Australia, France and Belgium. Make enemies of the USA, Australia, France, Russia, China, and Japan. And who does Kellie criticise? The USA and Australia, of course.

Nowhere in Kellie's rant did she even mention that the western world may have a problem with Islam, and with the most sorry specimens of humanity who most advocate it.

Thank you Kellie. It was ideologically blinkered articles like yours that forced me to rethink my own position as a trendy lefty when I was young. You can't write such drivel without any person with normal intelligence figuring out that it is a load of crap.

Criticism of Australia and the US is justified.
Without a UN mandate and the request of the Assad government we have essentially invaded another country in breach of international law.

And yes LEGO, the US started it all and has been destabilizing governments to put in puppet rulers on foreign nations for decades.

Now its exposed for all to see.

All you have to do is watch this one video to see that you have all been fed a pile of crap.

Its both sad and amusing watching some people here go back for second helpings of that crap they've been fed.
You would really think that by now most normal people would be starting to thing that somethings not right with the official story.

I'd start here

Theres plenty of stuff out there Kellie if you know where to look for it.

I read an article the other day maybe here on OLO talking about pluralism.
I didn't know what it meant so looked up google and found this article.

http://carnegieendowment.org/2014/01/23/second-arab-awakening-and-battle-for-pluralism

"My departure point, of course, is that the status quo was not sustainable in the Arab world. For those who today say, "We told you so. The old system was better. We should have stayed with the old regimes in the Arab world instead of carrying out these revolutions," well, the status quo was not sustainable. We did not have natural stability in the Arab world. That stability was artificially induced by autocratic governments that basically had a lid on society's aspirations for democracy and pluralistic rule. Once that lid was lifted, in the course of three short years, it is natural to see what we are seeing today."

Does this guy sound proud of what he's accomplished or what?

What you need to understand is that most people in the world see M/E events as terrible.
But the people behind this mess don't hold the same view.
They openly admit it they are behind it but most people are too busy brainwashed by the corporate media to find out the truth.
They think its great and all going according to plan.

Islam started it all, Armchair Critic. The Middle East began it's march into total turmoil with the fall of the US backed Shah of Iran. Iran, you may recall, was the most advanced Muslim country in the ME, and the Shah wanted to turn it into something resembling a European country. You know what a European country is, don't you AC? It is the sort of country which half of the ME is trying to immigrate to right now.

That did not suite the mullahs at all. The power of the mullahs comes from keeping the masses of Muslims in ignorance and poverty.

The mullahs in Iran allied themselves with the countries lefties, who of course got plenty of support from western left wing ratbags like yourself, to overthrow the Shah. The mullahs then had all of the Iranian lefties arrested and shot in groups of five.. (good riddance)

Next came the fatwa on Salmon Rushdie by the Ayatollah Khomeini which shocked everybody in the west. Here was a Muslim leader demanding that a citizen of another country be executed for satirising Islam. And the "moderate" Muslims in Britain enthusiastically heeded his call. Here was the chance they were waiting for to show the stupid westerners that they were Muslims first and foremost, not loyal citizens of the country that they lived in.

Then came Saddam Hussein who really got the ball rolling. Intervention by the USA to stop Saddam should have stabilised everything, but the ME was a powder keg of multiculturalism and tribalism, and it just made things worse. These are not intelligent people like the Japs or the Germans. These are a race of Manchurian Candidates, who have been programmed since birth by the mullahs to hate anyone who is not of their faith, their culture, or their tribe.

The Sunnis hate the Shiites, the Shiites hate the Sunnis, and they both hate us. Including western lefties like you, AC. The attack in Paris was specifically towards the same left wing Parisian demographic that you identify with.

It is Islam, stupid.

Aahh. Another lesson in vacuity from the profoundly moronic Kellie Tranter, who is concerned that "civilians" are being killed in air raids in Syria.

Well, yes, and that's probably a good idea, because it was "civilians" who perpetrated the attacks in Paris and Brussels and the thousands of other terrorist attacks by Islamists resulting in thousands of deaths by OUR civilians, with no end in sight.

Indeed, one could sensibly argue that the entire ISIS force and their supporters and green-left fellow travellers are civilians.

Did they get UN approval, do you reckon, before any one of those terror attacks?
