Netanyahu consistent in his deception : Comments

By George Browning, published 27/3/2015

Even in 2009 when he publically endorsed the establishment of a Palestinian state, he never refuted the claims of his closest associates that he was deceiving the Americans.

I suggest you do some research on this comment

“Israeli security forces killed more than 2,200 Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, at least two-thirds whom (according to the UN) were civilians."

That has been proven wrong and even if it were correct, that unfortunately is the nature of armed conflict. Crikey look what is going on in Africa and elsewhere in the ME, where’s your condemnation of that?

More tragic and despicable is using your own people as human shields, which the Gazans themselves report

Likewise dressing your military in civilian clothing to fudge the official figures.

Now let’s get to “make room for Jewish settlements”

Israel hasn’t taken any more land than She already had which is 1.1% of the total area of Judaea and Samaria, that land will be part of any future land swap deals when the Arabs decide to finally ‘talk peace’

Along with other Israeli and Palestinian projects, water supply has been frozen, pending approval from the Israeli-Palestinian Joint Water Committee (JWC), which has not met for the last five years.

According to a 1995 Interim Agreement under the Oslo Accords, water and sewage projects for Israelis and Palestinians in the West Bank must be approved by the JWC.

“To our sorrow, since 2010, the Palestinians have refused to convene the committee.

We’d be happy if the Palestinians would sit in the committee, which could then debate projects from both sides,” Silvan’s office said.

His spokesman added that, once the Palestinians return to the committee, a water hookup for Rawabi could likely be approved fairly quickly.”

One more point. Read you Bible to find out who the indigenous people in the area are.

Jews from JUDAEA
Arabs from ARABIA

Does that give you any clues?

Hmmm My copy of the bible says the original inhabitants were the Caananites. Wiped out in the first jewish genocide.
Is that how israel justifies its current actions?

“Amnesty International is monitoring and investigating such reports, but does not have evidence at this point that Palestinian civilians have been intentionally used by Hamas or Palestinian armed groups during the current hostilities to “shield” specific locations or military personnel or equipment from Israeli attacks.” - Amnesty International, https://www.amnesty.org/en/articles/news/2014/07/israelgaza-conflict-questions-and-answers/

"The Israeli military has consistently accused Hamas of using civilians - particularly children - as human shields, but this incident represents a clear case of their soldiers forcing a child to directly assist in military operations. Israeli officials make generalized accusations while Israeli soldiers engage in conduct that amounts to war crimes." - Defence of Children International, http://www.dci-palestine.org/documents/israeli-forces-use-palestinian-child-human-shield-gaza

Don't know where you are getting your info from, even the Israel hater Ruth Pollard is reporting..

"Palestinian militant groups indiscriminately fired mortars and rockets at civilian areas in Israel, killing both Israeli and Palestinian civilians in several attacks that Amnesty International has labelled war crimes.

In a new report into the actions of militant groups in Gaza during last year's 50-day war with Israel, Amnesty said six civilians in Israel, including a four-year-old boy, were killed in such attacks during the 50-day conflict."

This one and others like it we knew. We also knew it would be blamed on Israel and this is how figures are falsified

"But the report found the deadliest single incident was caused when a rocket fired from within Gaza landed in al-Shati refugee camp, killing 13 Palestinians, 11 of them children."

""The violations by Palestinian armed groups don't only affect Israelis, they also affect civilians in Gaza," said Deborah Hyams, Amnesty International's researcher on Israel and Palestine.

Palestinian groups continue to insist that the deaths were the result of an attack by the Israel Defence Forces, however Amnesty says an independent munitions expert concluded the projectile used in the attack was Palestinian-made."

It goes on and on blaming Hamas. There is plenty of video evidence on Youtube and also from reporters who were threatened because they were reporting the truth. Peter Stefanovic channel 9 was one

There is nothing quite like making unsubstantiated assertions to attempt to change history. Bishop Browning is conveniently overlooking such facts as:
1 The number of times Israel has made concessions in the Disputed Territories with no reciprocal offer by the other side.
2 The offer at Camp David to agree to 99% of demands with the ultimate rejection of the offer by Chairman Arafat.
3 The continuing principle still espoused by Palestinian officials that the State of Israel be annihilated.

A little honesty in this discussion would go a long way.
