For get the speculative stuff, precisely what evidence do you have that Hobart Supreme Court Judge William Cox erred in his judgement? Because the court found that Martin Bryant was NOT insane at the time of his offence. To add, there was no evidence prior to the offence either, unless you claim superior skills to his medical advisers.
