God there are so many examples it would take weeks.
However with all that taxpayer money to protect, the legal hassle the universities would cause to descend on me, would be too much trouble. Still don't have an answer to what constitutes a 'research failure' though. Random mumblings about fraudulent academics doesn't quite cut it.
