Prior to the Six Day War, liberals like yourself totally supported Israel. The Arabs were bragging to everybody that they were going to wipe Israel clean off the map. And people like yourself reflexively always take the side of the losers against the winners. Winners are always oppressors, and losers always the oppressed. Israel's greatest sin was that it refused to be exterminated. Israel just kept winning, and to people like yourself, that automatically changed their status to the oppressors.
