It says a lot about the US & OZ that both people can fall for the glib tongue, but can not see intelligence when right in their faces.

Enough to say the coalition would never win an election with Turnbull as leader, too many thinking people can see he is but a talking empty vessel.

There must still be some smart people in Labor. They can see what a fool Turnbull is, & how he would damage the Libs. That is obviously why they are promoting him.

The problem is I never thought Abbott was unelectable it is only now that he has lost all credibility that I think he has no hope of winning the next election. I am not that fussed which party wins government as long as they lead the country with some competence and show some respect for the electorate. The last government we had that meet that criteria in my view was the Howard government until they lost the plot with work choices.
