Repeated, widespread and severe flooding creates situations from which comprehensive, far-reaching action can be instituted.

While ever we persist in covering absorbent earth with non absorbent concrete and bitumen and continue to construct buildings on flood plains we shall have destructive floods.
It`s not rocket science.

I was ridiculed for offering suggestions of building flood eliminating canals & development so at this stage I don't really expect anyone has leanrt anything or gained any more sense since the morons left Government here & were replaced by not much better.
