If we fail to significantly improve integration of ICT into the SDGs, those SDGs will fail like the businesses that are not using digital productivity are failing.

ICT may refer to: Contents. 1 Places; 2 Government agencies, organizations and politics; 3 Science and technology; 4 Other; 5 See also. Places[edit]. Indochina (See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ICT)

But by ICT, the author is referring to 'ínformation and communications technology'. Sadly, by not informing what 'ICT' stands for, he shows his inability to communicate.
