The con that is religion should never have been allowed to interfere in the education of our young.

Kids should be allowed to think for themselves rather than be forcibly indoctrinated by clerics and/or parents who present myths and theo-babble as facts.

Why are we allowing this farce to continue? Why don't we stand up for our young, allow them to be educated without it being overlaid by mind-deadening superstition and fairy tales?

Of course, it is clear that a properly educated person will reject the claims of religion so those who make a living out of duping people want to get hold of gullible children before they begin to think for themselves.
