Rudd and Abbott both 'crap' on the 'greatest moral challenge' : Comments

By Guy Pearse, published 6/9/2013

In truth there's little difference between the two sides. Modest domestic targets will likely be met, only with Aussie farmers receiving more checks than foreign carbon credit salesmen.

This article is quite rational & well reasoned, except for the fact that the author actually appears to believe that CO2 can have a dangerous warming effect. This idea is totally discredited now, so we have to wonder does Guy actually believe the fraud, or is he just another green trying to jump on any opportunity to damage our modern industrial civilisation.

I think it must be the latter. He seems far too rational to still believe in global warming.

Surely you mean "ONLY to the blinkered or corrupt paid observer."
Can you provide any links in support of your claim?

I could but I cannot be bothered wasting my time when you are obviously one of the people who will rationalise the sea rising past your window one day.

A good reason to put the Greens last today. Suggest Clive Palmer or Bob Katter. Our pressitutes hate them and we need to stop this corporate take over of our country.

Arjay, the Corporate Takeover of Australia has been given new impetus with the election of Phoney Tony.

Yes, the greedy among us will be euphoric today as they imagine how much more money they will make now that LABOR has finally been vanquished.

Of course it wasn't such a great victory because LABOR simply imploded. Rudd did his best but with the opposition of the MSM and Murdoch he had no chance.

Australia today is a lesser place. The Pigs have taken over the Farm again.

David, if that was Rudd's 'best', then it goes an awfully long way towards explaining why Labor lost. Hopefully under Shorten the ALP will re-establish the links with reality that it had under Hawke and Keating; till then we can expect to see an increasing number of people jumping out of the Labor balloon as it floats towards the Loony Left.

I'm never disappointed at the obstreperous tinfoil rolled-out from climate change deniers on OO.
