Agreed, however it might require a light government hand to proceed smoothly, particularly in the education sector.

A good start would be not to be gratuitously insulting such as high handedly banning live-export, announcing agreements that are not (E Timor and Malay over boaties) or crudely insulting India over it real civil power program. Its not complacency, it's self obsession by a childish Government peopled by those who have never had to work.
