Cyclospora is a very nasty virus, it being one celled and is new, normally the only way to get rid of it is by a visit to your own doctor who then recommends the correct treatment, but be warned you may think you are free of it, but it has a nasty habit of returning, this could last up to three months after being infected, so it is not the three day virus
The cause is contaminated food being brought on board, as we know Asian countries do not care what they grow their vegetables in,human excrement, the boat new they were at fault because they rescinded all doctors visits by the passengers on this cruise but never ever admitted they were at fault, a class action was being considered but be reminded to read the small print.
We will never cruise Princess line again but have cruised with others companies with no problems occurring.
