"crazy misconceptions?" Russian warships traveled half way round the world to fight with Japan. And Japan actually *did* attack Australian targets in WWII.

Bali actually has a 92% Hindu population.

"We have been part of Asia ever since Gondwanaland".
Our flora, fauna, indigenous people and colonial demographics beg to differ.
Perhaps you need to update your files.

We have been part of Asia ever since Gondwanaland.

What a lot of nonsense !
Why isn't Europe part of Asia, after all it is closer than Australia to Asia.
The author obviously went to a school with Mercador's projection world
map on its walls. If you believe in a distorted map of the world,
surprise surprise, you end up with a distorted world view !

I have news for the author, Indonesia, Papua and the Philipines are
not, repeat NOT, in Asia !
Don't believe me check it.

We are NOT part of Asia. We are part of Oceania.
End of discussion.
