Typical jumped up stuffed shirt, with a far too high impression of his own importance & abilities.

Never one to let any thought of justice interfere with "the law", there is no reason to believe the average Ozzie has benefited in any way by his existence.

He is one of hose who lend quite considerable weight to the complaints of the many against the elites.
