Kafka-style justice awaits Assange whether or not Sweden decides to prosecute him.

Correct & who is doing this? The communazi dictator friend of international socialist/banksters Obama, with radical extreme feMANazi Swedish "rape" laws.

2 counts of consensual sex, 1 in which he allegedely refused to wear a condom & another in which he wore a condom which allegedly broke & that is apparently rape in Sweden.

John Pilger,

How can the British High Court extradite Assange to Sweden when the Chief Prosecutor of that country has dismissed the original arrest warrant thus stating that no one wants him there?

Can the legal device ‘Temporary Surrender’ be forced by America on anyone in any place hence in England, where Assange is?

I believe that it is possible, considering the succession of events since the end of WW2!

Events, many of which you have witnessed and reported to us but not without prejudice.

Sir, if you had the capacity of temporarily setting aside your prejudice and read this article of yours, you could observe that, ‘The State’, Hobbes’s Leviathan, is the ultimate machine that must be destroyed before this planet is exhausted.

And we have only one weapon: Democracy.

To those who are in the doubt.

Democracy is where every capable adult has the duty to pay for the services received from the community and the duty to make sure that contributions are not wasted by incompetence or levity.

It's alarming that Australian's aren't up in arms about this.

Assange is easily more important for Australia than David Hicks (a Jihadi defector who asked for a bailout from the country he turned his back on), and virtually every current member of parliament combined (who are useless).

And right now we're letting one of our nationals be caught in some ridiculous farce where he may be extradited to face charges already discredited by previous judges (until the political party out to get Assange replaced the judge with one sympathetic to their party), for a law that doesn't even really exist (unless you can tell me sex without a condom will remain a real law in Sweden).
We could have brought him back with a single letter; and unlike the bogans that get into trouble in Bali, we can easily ask Sweden to point out the evidence- or even the law- that Assange broke.

Apparently, the testimony of two conservative party members who were proven to be elsewhere during the alleged event occurred counts as evidence enough to demand an extradition?
