Talking about the misdeeds of some of CHOGM's visiting dignitaries is the best deed we can do for their countries.

Time and time again it's the same old story.
The IMF intervenes and introduces structural adjustments as condition to loans for impoverished African economies in partnership with corrupt elite regimes. Often ordinary people in these countries end up more impoverished than before, even when growth appears to be exceptional.

IMF intervention appears to legitimise such corruption.
