John Ryan

you are among the 27% of Australians who support the Labor Party. The rest of us don't want you to ram your disrespect of alternatives down our throats.

We'll make up our own minds on such things as Party Unity, trustworthiness, past performance effectiveness, and future commitments.

When we hear the rants such as yours we are more likely to look at your criticism as coming from the Labor Party and as indicative of their overall rabble rousing nature and collective panic.

John Ryan “If you think Abbott and the 3 bears in the Liberal party are any better you got rocks in your head Col, the IPA shilling away another bunch right wing nuts who are not worth reading anything by the IPA should be laughed at as it is rubbish.”

Well John, it is like this….

When I lived in UK, I was a Conservative party member
When I lived in USA I supported the Republicans
These days I am a member of the Australian Liberal party.

Rocks in my head – I think not….

I have no need of rocks but as a loyal socialist I am sure you will get used to lots of them…

After the next election, the labor party will be so far into the wilderness that only they and their Watermelon mates of the greens will be camping out for the rest of eternity in a desert of rocks.

Enjoy your worthless future John, you have not much to look forward to … but then, socialism is always like that…. It exists on three elements
Lies,Power and Betrayal….

It is the labor party way…

just ask Whitlam, Hawke, Krudd and Keating

I know why you are critical of Liberals – because you resent what you cannot understand

Lets face it, individual freedom and people being the best they can be will always leave you and the other socialists running last

But maybe you could answer me one thing…. Why do stupid people keep voting for lying socialist politicians who have no ability to manage finance, maintain a budget or produce cost effective solutions?

The reason I ask is here, in Victoria, I see every day the waste of tax payers funds by the disgraced Brumby government, who lied and spent what they did not have, squandered billions of different software projects, none of which have worked and were as incompetent as the previous Kirner government the ones who had to pawn the state bank to cover the losses of Tricontinental?

Individual and imajulianutter - I do appreciate your posts :- )

Too many people have quickly forgotten why the Liberal Party lost the 2007 election, and the memory of its poor attacks against the Australian workers has certainly diminished in their mind. There is no argument that the Labor party is totally devoid of concern for the Australian industries and their workers, just the same as the Liberals. Their obsession has been on the export of our natural non-renewable resources, to the detriment of our own industries. The Politicians, who have been in Parliament, should never have been allowed in there in the first place, and those who have been getting in should have to survive on the unemployment income, or show that they can hold onto a real job where they have to show their true value. To join any party, it seems that all you have to do is to sign a promise “that you will agree with the decisions of the majority”. Why the Majority, they are not and never ever have been the most intelligent of any community, and looking at the apparent level of intelligence of both, they have proved my point. We need a party who has genuine integrity and intelligence and allegiance to Australia and its people, we haven't any yet.

I don’t think it can be said that Bob Hawk and Paul Keating were being wonderfully clever, They unnecessarily drove, our economy into a recession the same as John Howard, Peter Costello and Wayne Swan. The best Prime Minister Labor ever had was Ben Chifley, but the best Treasurer and Prime Minister was Harold Holt, but he is only remembered for being lost in the surf. He was the only person who had enough intelligence to bring in a 66.6% top tax to restrict obscene salaries, but he didn’t realise that a higher zero tax income was also needed to keep the total tax take to that 30% of GDP which seems to be the aim of treasurers since 1970, we need a zero tax at about $30,000 to do that. The Parties go into a metal breakdown to try to achieve that 30% of GDP by reducing the top tax, but that has only achieved another recession and in the US, another depression.

The real Julia in action is a catastrophe. Hawke and Keating were 'perfectly rational' relative to Julia's craziness.

Julia's Govt will go down as the worst since Federation -- certainly worse than Kevin Rudd's.
