...REBT is interesting in that it teaches acceptance of genetic predispositions (Autism), and attempts to align behaviour towards the personal environment. Another advantage appears to be the attempt to achieve these ends by self-analysis and philosophical application.

...But is it true “There is nothing good or bad, but thinking makes it so”! I don’t agree with that pronouncement personally.
