The capture of war criminal General Ratko Mladic is long overdue. His capture needs to remind ruthless, trigger happy and senseless political and military leaders that justice will catch up with them.

The International Criminal Court of Justice needs to be given the resources to pursue and bring to justice the war criminals who caused the massive number of deaths, casualties and displacements of people of Iraq. See Wikipedia Casualties of Iraq War.
