Your joking right, way to lower the bar for OLO articles.

I agree with the other posters, from the first sentence the author displays his ignorance of everything he attempts to discuss.

You do realize that Alexander created his vast empire by war? His aim was not to "spread the benefits of Greek culture" but to expand his hegemony for his own gain.

And who will pay these people, and what with? Governments can only print so many paper dollars without a solid backing of economic assets -- as Dr. Mugabe is now finding out.
