When it becomes commercially viable, fusion will not only solve nearly all our energy problems but it will also combat CO2 emissions.

Don,

In HISTORY, the OVERPOPULATION wars of WWII were accelerated to a finish by new big volume techniques in gasolene production and handling.

Along the way all the MEDIOCRITY of humanity similar to all the mindless puerile "Switching to gas will reduce emissions" posters to date on this your well researched Fusion thread, were murdered or KIA.

Such is the cycle of life. Its in a very real sense a genetic fusion bomb driven by Testosterone and estrogen at the unsustainable peaks of any species population.

I fully expect some 5 billion mostly mediocre people will be consumed in such wars within 2 or 3 decades. The ridiculous existence of "too big to fail" global Economic Peddlers is proof. I am of the opinion that this human conflagration is nigh & it will accelerate to a close by massive advances in production and dissemination of FUSION ENERGY.

All the negative mediocrity will have gone. As in those uncertain post WWII years room will be made for fertile minds to propel mankind to a sustainable and creative future where hopefully the childish stupidity of slavery by sex hormones will never again have to unleash the EVIL & IGNORANCE overpopulation, Immigration Economics, LABOR governments and WAR.

Keep up the good work Don, You're a keeper.
