The front page has "front" Kevin.
That is the way to begin. To begin to write you begin with the conflict.
This is the quote that I would start with and then work backwards. To write about journalism is to write about the man who bites dog story.

Hi, I think you'll find that the late Nick Tomalin of The Sunday Times was the man who spoke of "ratlike cunning, plausible manner and a little literary ability". Murray Sayle would have been quoting. If not, then just about every journalism book on the other side of the world is wrong!
